1. The welcome is optional on purpose
Tick it at registration and the pack attaches to early deposits. Leave it and you stay on cash. There is no standing no-deposit on Real Withdrawal. Spins, when they exist, are on named slots.
2. Why a withdrawal button greys out
An unfinished bonus often blocks or trims a cashout. That is the wagering lock, not a broken cashier. Finish the requirement, or forfeit the bonus if the terms allow, then request again.
3. Weighting
Slots usually count 100%. Live can count next to nothing. A £50 bonus at x35 is £1,750 of allowed slot turnover. Max bet while the bonus is live is on the same sheet.
