Download from Real Withdrawal, allow that one install, run the file. The cashier, KYC upload and slot lobby are the desktop product in a smaller frame.
2. iPhone
No App Store build. Safari → Add to Home Screen. Apple Pay deposits still work. Withdrawals follow the same KYC as the site.
3. Do not cash out from a screenshot
Only the in-app cashier submits a request. A “support” account asking you to send crypto to clear a payout is a scam. Status lives under Wallet.
Never share one-time codes to “speed up” a withdrawal.

Does the app change payout times?
No. The rail is the same. The app only submits the request.
Can I upload KYC on the phone?
Yes. Camera is for that. Not for your address book.
